Service · 05 of 06Forensic Quality Control & Anti-Fraud

Four pillars. Four kill gates. One forensic inspection regime.

Independent inspection across the entire production cycle — engineered not just to catch defects, but to deter substitution, count fraud and the quiet downgrades that erode margin.

Inspection architecture

Four pillars covering everything that ships.

A defect is not the only way an order goes wrong. Quantity short, packing damaged, materials substituted, container mis-loaded — our four pillars are designed for the full failure surface.

01

Product Integrity

  • Material, finish and component-level conformity to spec
  • Counterfeit and substitution detection on critical parts
  • Aesthetic and functional defect grading by AQL
02

Functional & Safety

  • On-line functional, electrical and safety testing
  • Independent lab sampling for certification-critical claims
  • Reliability and life-cycle stress checks where required
03

Quantity & Packing

  • Carton-level count, weight and dimension verification
  • Retail-pack, drop-test and barcode integrity
  • Shipping-mark and label compliance for destination market
04

Logistics Forensics

  • Container condition, sealing and load-plan verification
  • Photo and video evidence pack at loading
  • Chain-of-custody from factory gate to terminal

Kill-gate protocol

Four stages. Any one can stop the shipment.

  1. Step IPC

    Initial Production Check

First-off-line and material verification before the run scales — catches the wrong lot, wrong material, wrong tooling.

  2. Step DUPRO

    During Production Inspection

Mid-run AQL sampling to identify drift before the full batch is at risk.

  3. Step PSI

    Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final AQL inspection on finished, packed goods — go / no-go on shipment.

  4. Step CLS

    Container Loading Supervision

Independent supervision of loading, sealing and documentation with full photo evidence.

How we differ

Forensic, not ceremonial.

DimensionStandard inspection companyProcubility
  • Independence

Often booked through the supplier or freight forwarder.

Booked, paid and reported to you. No supplier influence.

  • Depth

    Visual checklist with sample photos.

AQL sampling, functional tests and forensic evidence pack.

  • Fraud detection

    Catches obvious quality defects only.

Designed to detect substitution, count fraud and bait-and-switch.

  • Outcome

    A pass / fail email.

An evidence dossier you can use for chargeback, claim or recall.

Value to your P&L

Four hard outcomes the CFO can read.

01

Financial Recovery

Evidence strong enough to support chargebacks, withheld payments and insurance claims.

02

Reduced Returns

Defects caught at the factory gate, not at your customer's door.

03

Fraud Immunity

Substitution, count fraud and bait-and-switch designed out of the supplier playbook.

04

Lower Insurance

Auditable inspection trail that hardens cargo and product-liability cover.

Stop shipments before they become claims.
