Procubility is an independent, buyer-paid China supplier verification and risk intelligence company based in Shenzhen. We verify identity and factory claims, investigate supplier relationships, audit production sites and inspect goods for overseas buyers.
Why we exist
Overseas buyers often face an evidence gap: the legal seller, factory, payee and actual production site may not be the same entity. Procubility closes that gap with documentary checks and China-side fieldwork.
We were built to solve a single problem: give the importer eyes and ears inside the Chinese factory before they wire a deposit, sign tooling, or ship a container. Everything we do flows from that — and from the discipline that we are paid only by you.
How we operate

Independence by design
We are paid only by buyers — never by Chinese factories, trading companies or agents. No commission. No referral fee. No supplier kick-back. The factory we audit has nothing to gain from us approving them, which is exactly why our audits are forensic instead of cosmetic.
On the ground in Shenzhen
Our team is based in Shenzhen and works across China. Mobilisation timing is confirmed after the location, access and scope are agreed.
Evidence, not opinion
Reports distinguish source records, site observations, photographs, contradictions and unresolved points. The exact evidence depends on lawful access and the agreed scope.
